Dr Pamela Greet is the Principal of Future Ag Queensland. Her purpose is creating innovative collaborations between the agricultural, technical, and conservation sectors for sustainable landscapes and communities in regional Queensland. Pamela has four decades of experience in community and stakeholder engagement, capacity building and project management. Pamela has a strong admiration for the tenacity and creativity of Queensland’s small regional communities. She has worked extensively in the development sector consulting across Africa, the Middle East and former Eastern Bloc countries for international NGOs out of both London and Geneva. Pamela has contributed as a director on several for-purpose boards including Austcare, ActionAid Australia, Financial Counselling Service Qld and the Queensland Rural, Regional and Remote Women’s Network. Pamela became Chair of Camerata’s Board in 2022.
Dr Hayley Linthwaite is an experienced facilitator and transformational learning designer who, throughout her rich and diverse career, has passionately built bridges between worlds and spheres of knowledge – from academia to corporate, from drama to education, from social change to leadership transformation. She is, at the core, an educator with a deep passion for transforming the way individuals, groups, organisations, and ultimately social systems learn, so they become capable of thriving in the complexity of an increasingly disrupted world. Hayley holds a PhD in Applied Performance, a Master of Creative Industries, and is an accredited Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory™(LSI), and Global Leadership Profile, coach.
Joseph Kelly is risk management consultant with a Global Big4 accounting firm based in Brisbane. He specialises in third party and supplier risk management across multiple industries in the Asia Pacific region, assisting and advising organisations to develop strategies, frameworks and internal capabilities. Additional to his professional responsibilities, Joseph has acted as a producer and production manager supporting local theatre companies. He holds a Bachelor of Creative Industries, a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Law and is currently undertaking studies to obtain his Master of Business Administration from Queensland University of Technology. Joseph also holds certifications is relation to Data Privacy regulations and management.
Anthony Albert is a qualified accountant with over 20 years professional experience. He specialises in large corporate and international taxation. Anthony has experience in working with businesses to scale and grow, while managing the risks and opportunities this presents. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business and Masters of Taxation (University of NSW), and is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ).
Chris Bridges Taylor is a member of the Finance and Risk Committee. As Executive Chair of Bridges Capital Ventures Pty Ltd, Chris manages the Family Office, exploring investment opportunities, forming partnerships and driving business development across the Bridges Family Group. Started by her father over 60 years ago, this family enterprise employs over 400 people across 4 countries. Chris has demonstrated a talent for translating business concepts into operational success and aligning technology trends with comprehensive business strategies while upholding sustainability. A tertiary qualified Engineer and Master of Business Administration, Chris has contributed to various entities in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she is also engaged in the Industry Capability Network Ltd.
Susan Bryant is an experienced financial planner, establishing her own firm, Seeds of Advice in 2011. Susan has over 30 years in the Financial Planning profession, most of that time spent in Toowoomba working with hundreds of farming families and more than a decade in private wealth management with industry leading Private Wealth firms. She has a Diploma in Financial Service ( Financial Planning) and is a Member of the Financial Planners Association (FPA). Susan has co authored several books on Leadership and Retirement Planning. Susan has previously served on the Boards of the Qld Rural Regional and Remote Womens’ Network Inc. and Zonta International in Toowoomba and Warwick.
Well-Being Advisor Dr Simone Garrett-Walcott is a practicing senior Psychiatrist with specialisation in Psychotherapies. Simone leads a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals and values interprofessional networking and collaboration to foster stakeholder relationships. Simone holds a Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, a Master of Public Health (Health Policy and Management) and an MSc in Infectious Diseases.
Tim Kuusik is a member of the Finance and Risk Committee. A trained cellist, Chartered Accountant, MBA with a BCom, Tim has contributed significantly to the Qld music sector as the Treasurer of Queensland Youth Orchestras. In his professional role Tim manages a significant revenue portfolio with 1,500 employees, is a leader in digital transformation across enterprise and government as well as having a very successful background in motivating sales and business transformation. Tim’s passion for the arts drives him to give back by leveraging his professional experiences.
Cheryl Leavy is a member of the Board and the Education and Artistic Working Group. After many years working on transformative First Nations strategy and policy, Cheryl is currently consulting and pursuing creative projects. A former Executive Director Partnerships with the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service at the Department of Environment and Science, Cheryl worked with First Nations peoples to progress land justice and care for Country. She led the Indigenous Land and Sea Ranger program, the Cape York Tenure Resolution Program, Treaty readiness and First Nations strategy and policy reform. Cheryl was previously a Deputy Commissioner at the Queensland Family and Child Commission, driving improvement and reform in the child protection and family support system for all Queenslanders. A poet and writer, Cheryl has also performed on stage with Camerata.
Kevin Pascoe is a member of the Artistic, Audience and Development Committee. With qualifications and a background in engineering, law, and project management, Kevin has 30 years of international experience in the delivery of significant engineering and infrastructure projects. Kevin is a self-employed project commercial and contract specialist, helping improve project outcomes via a comprehensive understanding of the contractual, communications, and relationship nuances presented by complex projects. He is an active member of several non-for-profit organisations including serving on the Board of the Society of Construction Law (Australia) and of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation. Kevin’s diversity of interests includes music, art, writing, reading, and public speaking.
Linda Siemon is a stakeholder engagement, communications and classical music specialist. She holds a Master of Business from QUT and a Bachelor of Music (First Class Honours) from the University of Queensland. Based in London for seven years, she managed global promotions and marketing for Decca Records, worked in media management for BBC Radio 3 and audience development for the BBC Proms. In Australia, she has worked for Symphony Australia and the ABC, and has more than a decade’s experience working for the Queensland Government in communications and stakeholder engagement. As a musician, Linda has performed as a professional chorister, and as a member of the BBC Symphony Chorus she sang in more than forty BBC Proms concerts, including six Last Nights.
Phil Ware, Member Finance and Risk Committee is a lawyer of over 30 years standing who has been General Counsel of a Queensland Government owned electricity utility for over 20 years. Phil holds an LLB (Hons), LLM, MBA and is currently a second term Councillor of the Queensland Law Society and Chair / Deputy Chair / Member of a variety of its committees, including Finance and Risk. An accredited Probity Auditor, Phil is also a Graduate Member of the AICD, and previous member of the QUT Alumni Board.

Professor Alistair Noble is an educational leader and musicologist, and expert advisor Chair of the Artistic and Education Working Group.
Peter Rekers communications expert – advisor to Artistic, Audience and Development Committee and secretary to People, partners and donors Working Group. Peter Rekers works in corporate communications with specialties in crisis, issues and disaster communications. His work has taken him around the world including Iraq in 2003 as the Media Director for the Coalition. His first passion was, and is, the arts, having worked in theatre for a number of years on stage and backstage as a Stage Manager and Sound Engineer. Fun fact…he was the very first Assistant Stage Manager at QPAC in 1985 on The Pirates of Penzance!
Belinda Seeney is a journalist, communication specialist and marketing expert. With more than 25 years of industry experience, she is adept at shaping narratives, captivating audiences, managing reputational risk and strategically planning and executing communication to benefit people, brands and organisations. Belinda is an advisor to the Artistic and Education Working Group and People, Partners and Donors Working Group and secretary of the Reconciliation Working Group.
Pedro Villanueva is a musician, architect, expert advisor and Secretary to the Artistic and Education Working Group. Pedro is also a member of the Artistic, Audience and Development Committee.
