Toowoomba Strings Workshop

Community, Orchestra News|4th November 2024

Camerata recently had the pleasure of visiting our second main performance home, The Empire Theatre in Toowoomba. During our time there, we hosted a Strings Workshop for local Year 6 students preparing to transition into high school.

This incredible opportunity allowed these young musicians to work closely with Camerata’s professional musicians, learning essential skills and techniques that will aid them in their musical journeys. It was a joy to witness the happiness that comes from making music together, both for the students and our musicians.

A special thank you to The Empire Theatre for partnering with us on this memorable occasion.

We’re looking forward to returning later this month for our final main stage concert of 2024!
