Barbara is the first Queensland graduate of The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) – 1986.

She has performed with The Hole in the Wall Theatre, Playlab Theatre, Queensland Theatre, Melbourne Theatre, Sydney Theatre, The State Theatre Company of South Australia, Griffin Theatre, La Boite, Shake and Stir, Belloo Creative, The Dead Puppet Society, Camerata – Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra, The Brisbane Powerhouse, JUTE Theatre Company.

Barbara has contributed to the creation of over 60 new works for the Australian stage, many of which have gone on to be performed on main stages throughout Australia.

Her film and television credits include The Royal Hotel, Mako Mermaids, Secrets and Lies and Boy Swallows Universe.

Barbara has been a proud Equity/MEAA member since 1987.
