What a way to open our 2024 season with two fantastic performances of Camerata & Alex Raineri in Brisbane and Toowoomba. This beautiful program delighted audiences with the beloved works of Beethoven and Wagner.
The audience was captivated as the first notes of Beethoven’s dramatic Coriolan Overture resonated, and were swept away by the romance of Wagner’s Siegfried Idyll.
Our special guest acclaimed pianist Alex Raineri also joined us on stage and mesmerised audiences with a virtuoso performance of Beethoven’s Piano Concert No. 1. A truly outstanding performance that took our audience’s breath away. It was also a delight to welcome Wild Card Mystery Guest, Adam Lopez, who wowed with his incredible voice.
