Sunshine Sounds is the exciting musical culmination of many years collaborating with Queensland-based composers and travelling across Queensland on Camerata’s annual regional tour.

With music commissioned by Camerata, inspired by places visited on tour, and music by Queensland composers that have become regular audience favourites, Sunshine Sounds is full of evocative and unique chamber orchestra music that highlights some of the most exciting voices in Australian music today.

This album is the direct result of Camerata’s profound and longstanding relationships in regional Queensland communities and the orchestra’s genuine efforts to connect with people through music.
