In recent years, Camerata has shared the stage with award-winning artists including: Eskimo Joe, Kate Miller-Heidke, Neil Finn, Megan Hilty, Lea Salonga, Michael Bolton, Tenzin Choegyal, Carol Lloyd, Katie Noonan, Led Zeppelin Masters, Flamenco Fire, Eddie Reader and Naomi Price.
Camerata’s outstanding performances have led to a growing reputation as one of Australia’s leading chamber orchestras. This reputation continues to grow from strength to strength with an increased number of requests to collaborate in commercial and artistic ventures, locally and across the state.
Camerata’s flexible approach allows for collaborations great and small. From quartets to stadium events, there is no project too humble or too ambitious.
Since 2019, Camerata has been funded by the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland to provide Pit Services to the Queensland Ballet and Opera Queensland. In 2021, Camerata is performing in Queensland Ballet’s 60th Anniversary Gala and Dracula.
