After joining us at our performance of Landscapes in July 2021, Camerata is delighted to return to the stage with award-winning First Nations performer Emily Wurramara for a one-night-only performance of spirited storytelling.
In this exciting collaboration, Emily’s soulful vocals will be enriched by the powerful string sounds of Camerata. Singing in both English and her Peoples’ language, Anindilyakwa, Emily will perform a selection of her original songs as well as some of Camerata’s favourite pieces.
This is a very special collaboration you won’t want to miss and will also feature a world premiere work for string orchestra by Camerata’s Emerging Composer-in-Residence, Alexander Voltz.
