Marian Heckenberg’s SOLD OUT recital was a captivating afternoon of music on Sunday 12 November. In the beautiful surrounds of the François Klaus Studio, Marian shared beloved music that has touched her throughout her travels abroad to music she’s discovered closer to home, accompanied by Stephen Tooke on violin and Alex Raineri on piano. 

Marian took the audience on an intimate and breathtaking experience, as she performed exquisite music for the double bass from Michael Patterson (Aus), Matthew Hindson (Aus), François Rabbath (Fr), Ellen Taaffe-Zwillich (USA) and Marcin Antkowiak (Poland), as well as a few Wild Cards to continue in the Camerata tradition.
